We’ve made a big change - we’re no longer print-on-demand.
That means your order is picked, packed, and shipped from stock we already have on hand. 🎉

Orders ship within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

USA orders ship from within the USA.

Everywhere else ships from Australia (usually 4–7 business days to leave our hands. Tracy packs these orders herself! 😉).

Every order gets an email with tracking, so you’ll always know where your package is.

No more multiple shipments - everything arrives in one box, one charge.
📦 Delivery timelines

USA → Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Australia & NZ → Usually 3–10 business days after dispatch.

International → Usually 1–5 weeks after dispatch (varies by country and customs).

- Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been sent, we can’t refund the shipping charges.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country.
Damages & Issues
We want your order to arrive in perfect condition, every time. Please check your package as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect or never received your package at all, please email us right away at support@caffeineandcurses.com.

Include your order number + clear photos of the issue (item and packaging) so we can review it quickly.

Once confirmed, we’ll either send a replacement, issue a refund, or work with you on the best solution.
