By using caffeineandcurses.com and placing an order with Caffeine and Curses Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

About Us

Caffeine and Curses Pty Ltd is an Australian business selling officially licensed bookish merchandise. All products featuring third-party intellectual property are produced under licence from the relevant rights holders.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (AUD by default). Currency conversion is approximate — your bank sets the final exchange rate.
• We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, with a full refund.

Shipping

• We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns on items in original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
• To initiate a return, email hello@caffeineandcurses.com.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, brand assets, and website content are either owned by Caffeine and Curses Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without written permission.

Third-party IP (including but not limited to Sarah J. Maas titles, Fourth Wing / Rebecca Yarros titles, and other licensed properties) is used with permission from the respective rights holders. All rights reserved by those rights holders.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
