All items are made to order using sublimation printing methods

We use a variety of print providers to get the best products and quality, so you have the best experience. Because of this, when you order more than one item, your order will be sent in multiple packages. Tracking details will automatically be sent to you for the first item shipped.

In order for your items to get to you as quickly as possible, we send your order straight into production which means changes and cancellations will not be accepted once your order is placed.

2. Ships worldwide from the U.S.A
3. Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping within the USA and 1 to 5 weeks for international shipping due to ongoing delays with COVID.

All items go through a Quality Assurance check before being shipped to you, however, if you have any issues with your ACOTAR order, please provide a photo and email us so we can investigate for you. Your happiness with our products is our priority!
