We’re in the middle of a big (and beautiful but messy) behind-the-scenes shift to set us up for everything this next chapter is asking of us.

Right now, we’re sitting at around a 5–6 week fulfillment window for Made to Order items.
If you ordered after February 10th, your order is safe, logged in our system, and being handled with care by our small (but mighty) team.

We're working through everything manually at the moment, which means:

💌 Nothing is lost
🧾 Nothing is forgotten
🎁 You will receive your magical parcel soon

So what’s really going on behind the scenes?

We outgrew our old model—in the best way possible.

In the past 12 months, Caffeine & Curses grew faster than we ever imagined (thanks to you, magical book lovers). And while that’s amazing, our old made-to-order system just couldn’t keep up.

So, we’re doing something bold (and long overdue)...

🛍 We’re moving to stocked items!

Yep. We're shifting from 100% made-to-order to stock-based production—starting with our bestsellers.
This means:

Faster fulfillment 🏃‍♀️💨
Higher consistency & quality ✨
Easier gifting & faster delivery 🎁
Proper team growth + real retail expansion (yep, more merch in bookstores are coming) 📚

We’ve added clear labels on all product listings:

🚀 Ready to Ship = ships in 1–4 business days
🧵 Made to Order = ships in 4–6 weeks

You can also now shop by collection:

This helps you choose what suits your timeline best (and keeps the experience smoother for everyone). These will be regularly updated as we retire Made to Order and transition to Stock.
