Who or what is Basgiath War College?

Basgiath War College is the brutal, prestigious military academy of the Kingdom of Navarre in Rebecca Yarros's Fourth Wing / The Empyrean series — a fortress carved into the ridgeline of Basgiath Mountain (Morraine Province) where cadets train across four quadrants: Riders, Scribes, Healers, and Infantry. It is best known for the Riders Quadrant, which trains dragon riders, and for being a place where death is routine. Entry to the Riders Quadrant is gated by the lethal Parapet, a narrow cliff-bridge crossed on Conscription Day; roughly 15% of candidates die before they ever become cadets, and only about a quarter of riders survive to graduate. The college is the primary setting of Fourth Wing (2023) and Iron Flame (2023).

Basgiath War College — iron gates, worn stone corridors, the Parapet's exposed walkway above a thousand-foot drop, the Riders Quadrant arena floor, thunderheads rolling in over the valley, training grounds scored by dragon landings, wind constant and cold at altitude, smoke drifting from the forge quarter, the cliffs of Navarre falling away into cloud.

Are you serious with this shirt???!!! It’s so pretty!!! I cannot get enough…which is why I bought the tshirt and sweatshirt version of the exact same design. A girl wants what a girl wants!!!
