Shipping policy
Where your order ships from
We ship worldwide. We have print and stock partners in several countries, and every order ships from the one closest to you. If something can't be made or stocked near you, it ships from the USA.
So if you order a few things, they might arrive in more than one parcel. Same order, just separate trips.
How long it takes
Most orders are on their way within 1–5 business days. Things we have in stock usually leave in 1–2 business days. Things printed for your order usually take around 3, sometimes up to 5.
How long delivery takes after that depends on where your item comes from, not just where you live.
- Printed or stocked near you: it's quick, usually 3–10 business days once it's shipped.
- Shipped from the USA: if it can't come from near you, it ships from the USA and takes longer, usually 1–5 weeks depending on your country and customs. If you're in the USA, it's usually 3–7 business days.
Tracking
Every order gets an email with tracking once it's on its way.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges can't be refunded once an order has shipped, unless your item arrived faulty or wrong.
Customs and import taxes
Some countries charge customs fees or import taxes when a parcel arrives. Your country sets those, not us, and they're yours to pay.
Something wrong with your order?
If it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, or it never turned up, email us at support@caffeineandcurses.com with your order number. If it arrived, add photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send you a replacement or a refund.
