🚚 Shipping
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders ship within 3 business days. USA orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch, Australia/NZ in 3–10 days, and international orders in 7–21 days (customs can add delays). You’ll get tracking as soon as your package leaves our hands.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At the moment, we offer standard shipping only. We’ll let you know when faster options are available.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: USA orders ship from the USA. Everywhere else ships from Australia. 🌏

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes 💌 You’ve got 14 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Just email us first at support@caffeineandcurses.com before sending anything back.
Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective. Please use tracked shipping and send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out.
Q: Are sale items returnable?
A: Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a welcome code are eligible.

💸 Refunds
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process refunds within 5 business days. Banks may take 5–10 additional business days to show the funds.
Q: Will I get shipping costs back too?
A: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🖤 Damages & Issues
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please email us right away at support@caffeineandcurses.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement, refund, or fix it ASAP.
📏 Sizing
Q: How do I know what size to order?
👕 T-Shirts → True to size (grab your usual size).
🖤 Hoodies & Sweatshirts → Relaxed, cozy fit (go with your normal size for snuggly vibes, or size down if you like it fitted).
👜 Totes → One size.
☕ Mugs → 15oz.
🥤 Tumblers → 20oz.
Extra Sizing Deets:
Our items vary in brand and therefore fit as well. While some are unisex (fitting more like men’s items, but not overly large), others are women’s sized.
👉 Always check the size chart photo included in the listing or the product description before purchasing to find your perfect fit.
Q: Will you be restocking?
A: Yes!! We’re restocking progressively 🖤 We’ve made a big shift from print-on-demand to holding stock ourselves, which means sold-out items will be coming back in batches.

Wholesale Pricing & Inquiry
Q: Do you offer wholesale or stockist pricing?
A: Yes! We do work with stores & stockists. If you’d like pricing details, please reach out to wholesale@caffeineandcurses.com with your business info. We’ll send through our catalog + wholesale discount tiers.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ varies by product line. For example: small batches for apparel items, drinkware, and accessories. When you contact us, we’ll tell you the MOQ for the items you're interested in — we try to keep it friendly and doable.
