How long will it take to get my order?
A. USA orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, Australia/NZ in 3–10 days, and international orders in 1-5 weeks (customs can add delays). You’ll get tracking in your email as soon as your package leaves our hands.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At the moment, we offer standard shipping only.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: USA orders ship from within the USA. Everywhere else ships from Australia. 🌏 (Tracy packs these orders herself 😉)

Can I return or exchange an item?
A. Yes, you can! You’ve got 14 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Just email us first at support@caffeineandcurses.com before sending anything back to confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective. Please use tracked shipping and send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out.
Q: Are sale items returnable?
A: Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a welcome code are eligible.

🥤 Tumblers → 20oz.
