The sister who was lost

Twins of the temple.

Catrin and Gwyn were twins, raised together as priestesses in the temple at Sangravah. When Hybern's forces destroyed it, Catrin was beheaded before Gwyn's eyes — a loss that broke something in her sister and shaped the woman Gwyn would slowly become afterward, in the Library and on the slopes of the Blood Rite.
