A border trading post most riders had never heard of, where the war stopped being a rumour and started taking people we loved.

A Poromish market town at the foot of the Esben Mountains — and the field where riders and fliers first fought venin in the open, and Liam Mairi didn't come home.

What it is
About three hundred civilians, dirt roads, a clock tower, market stalls. Ordinary. Which is the point.
What happened here
July 2nd, 634 AU. Four venin and their wyvern. The first time Violet saw the truth with her own eyes.
The alliance
Dragon riders and gryphon fliers fought side by side for the first time — no love lost, common enemy.
The cost
Liam Mairi and Deigh. Soleil Telery and Fuil. Violet poisoned to the edge of death.
The dead zone
Where venin channel, the land withers — soil, plants and people crumbling into an expanding circle of nothing.
After
Navarre called it 'Poromish unrest' and moved the trade route. The cover-up that broke the last of Violet's trust.
