Marked one · The golden one · Deigh's rider · The one we lost

Liam Mairi

“It has been my honor.”

Fourth Wing — Rebecca Yarros

He was assigned to guard her. He became the friend we weren't remotely prepared to lose. We are completely fine about it.

One of Xaden's marked ones — sunlit, dry, dimpled — assigned to be her shadow, and then, quietly, just her friend.
