Syrena Cordella

The flier who turned four hundred years of enemy into ally by actually showing up. She leads the Resson drift that fights beside Xaden's riot, then does the harder work at Aretia — standing in a rebel city full of people her side has hated for centuries and choosing trust anyway.

A Poromish gryphon flier and drift-leader, elder of the Cordella line and niece to Tecarus. The bridge between Poromiel's fliers and Navarre's riders — steady where the alliance is fragile. Canon keeps her light; her weight is in the choice she keeps making.

Somebody had to cross first. She did.

Alliances get signed by kings and survived by people like Syrena. She's the flier who makes the rider–flier truce real in the flesh — commanding the Resson drift that fights venin shoulder to shoulder with Xaden's riot, then walking into Aretia to build trust with a kingdom her people have been at war with for four centuries. Page-count was never her measure. She's the one who crossed first — and an alliance held together by whoever's brave enough to do that is holding onto her.
