Located: Across the river from the Riders, a separate building; a vaulted tunnel descends to the Archives.
Entry: A written exam on Conscription Day — the history of Navarre and its long war with Poromiel.
The rule: Caught in the stacks after the ten-foot door seals at seven? That's the last thing you do.
